Aunt Em’s is the newest of the Sam’s properties. It is currently being completely renovated and will be ready to host your group on March 29th. This location is perfect for hosting single family to multiple family groups. Aunt Em's can accommodate up to 15 guests upstairs and 12 guests downstairs, for a total of up to 27 guests if booked together! Aunt Em’s will be divided into 2 apartments. Each will provide guests with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, large living rooms, and 2 bath rooms with washer and dryers. Other amenities include: trail passes, Hatfield / McCoy merchandise, ample parking, WIFI, and cable television. This property also comes with two recreation areas. On the second level is a large deck that overlooks the trout stream and the town of Northfork nestled in the beautiful mountains of McDowell County. The first floor has an indoor rec room with a pool table and other games, this room opens up to the outdoor patio. They both are perfect for nighttime bbq’s and kicking back after a day of riding! *Aunt Em’s may be rented separately or as a whole
